When I stopped competing in Muay Thai, I still had the need to stay in touch with the discipline. I wanted to make it available to everybody so I qualified in level 3 personal training in London UK. I acquired new competences in strength training, diet planning, weight training & circuit training.
Thanks to my qualifications and experience, I can now use those competences to touch a much wider public.
In fact, the thing I like most in being a personal trainer is that unlimited exercise options. I keep on learning new things everyday and I just find it fantastic. The great ratio between the business side and being able to help people creating lifestyle changes for themselves and pumping up their self esteem is very rewarding.
My only pride is to be part of people's success.
